How can I reset my password?
Open Prompt’s login screen and use the forgotten-password option. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Open Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Prompt → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Prompt → Cancel Subscription.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Prompt and use the Restore Purchases option. Ensure you are signed in to the Apple or Google account used for your original purchase.
How do I save an invoice or quotation?
Create or open your document and use the available PDF export or sharing options.
Are AI-generated descriptions always accurate?
No. AI-assisted descriptions are suggestions. Review their accuracy before sending professional documents.
How can I request deletion of my account and personal data?

Please send your request from your registered account email where possible. We may need to verify ownership before processing it.
You can request deletion of your Prompt account and associated personal information. Some information may need to be retained where legally required, and we will explain any applicable exceptions.
Cancelling a subscription and requesting account deletion are separate actions.
